Transcript: Dr. Kerber: Here at Kerber Smiles, we have a comprehensive, wide variety of treatment available for your kids. We provide all kinds of preventive services, routine dental services. But we also have sedation, if that’s what the child needs. We also are able to use our laser to make the services as easy as possible. We try to provide a personalized treatment plan for each child. And we really want to get to know that child at their level.
Parent 1: And quality of care, they’ve, again, just been really kind, but also supportive, knowledgeable. And I really appreciate too when they do check in and follow up on how my daughter’s procedure went here. I received multiple follow-up calls checking in, so really felt like they really truly cared about everything, which is really nice.
Parent 2: Provides a good education for me to make sure my daughter’s dental needs are taken care of. And they’re very warm and friendly. My daughter enjoys coming. They’re very caring, and it’s all about parent involvement and making sure your children are getting the best thing that they need. I think that’s what sets them apart.
Parent 3: I feel like here the quality of care is excellent. That’s my one word to describe it. I think it’s just how welcoming it feels, you know, for me, the parent and my child. They’re friendly, they’re down to earth, and they’re just very personal with you.
Child: I’d probably say the people here, they’re really nice. They just make it so much more fun, so it’s just like a generic, like, white dentist office, which is a little bit more scarier for younger kids.
Parent 3: I would say to a new parent, “Come before I did.” Because, I mean they’re really good with children of all ages, like infants all the way up to…I have a four-year-old and I feel like they really know what they’re doing.
Parent 2: I would highly recommend you come. She sees children of all means. I’ve actually had a couple kids that were fairly Head Start who have some special needs and have done well here and could not do well with other dental offices.
Parent 1: I would say if you’re looking for somewhere that’s really relaxed and family oriented, this is the place to be. I haven’t seen anywhere else really like it as far as just the focus being on the kids and making them feel comfortable, and getting the services done that they need.
